El arte de recordar y olvidar

El presente ensayo busca entender y dar sentido a las profundidades de la memoria y el olvido, explorando cómo estos procesos complejos afectan la manera de ver el mundo, la necesidad humana de quedar inmortalizados, la identidad personal y la relación con el pasado. Es difícil saber si podríamos ser más felices, escogiendo qué podemos recordar, pero para muestra, enfermedades catastróficas como el Alzheimer, que lejos de acercarnos a la felicidad nos despersonalizan. Así se vive el arte de recordar y olvidar desde la perspectiva filosófica.
