Abstract

In this study, the existing relationships between the employees of a company dedicated to the exhibition of films in the city of Pachuca were analyzed, as well as the relationships that each employee had with their superiors, based on symbolic interactionism, through observation, as well as interviews with each of the members that make up the company. Through the study, it was tried to know what are the characteristics of these relationships, this understanding is important, since the well-being of each member of the company in relation to their other colleagues, as well as superiors will affect the execution of their work in the company, as well as in the production of said and may serve as a mutual emotional source of support.
