ALTERNATIVE MECHANISMS FOR THE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES IN CRIMINAL MATTERS

This text will discuss what they are, what they are, and how they work, the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in criminal matters, as well as their advantages for the public and for the jurisdictional authority in charge of imparting justice in our Mexican society, together with the objectives pursued by alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in criminal matters to achieve full reparation for the damage, together with the application of restorative justice for citizens.
