Abstract
This article questions electoral alliances in Hidalgo’s State in last local elections of July 4th, 2010; identifying the reasons why alliances don’t generate too many expectations among citizens. In order to do this, we cover some indicators about trust level in political parties, to politics and election campaigns; those will allow the reinforcement of a latent reality in political
system: the lack of interest from citizens to politics despite the efforts of political actors to present alternatives apparently new and different.
Key Words: Electoral alliances, elections and political parties.
