El Contexto Socio-Ambiental Y La Educación Para La Salud En San Andrés Paxtlán, Oaxaca, México.

Resumen
San Andrés Paxtlán es un municipio del distrito de Miahuatlán, Oaxaca; se ubica en la Sierra Sur de Oaxaca. Se realizó un estudio exploratorio, acción-investigación con el objetivo de determinar riesgos socio-ambientales e implementar estrategias de educación para la salud. Para lo cual se procedió a estimular la participación de los miembros de las comunidades de Cerro Santiago, San Pedro Loma Larga, Carrizales y La Concepción, se tomaron fotografías para describir riesgos socio-ambientales, se entrevistó a los representantes comunitarios y se realizó intervención comunitaria. El contexto socio-ambiental deja entrever necesidades socioeconómicas, de educación, sanitarias y en servicios de salud, resalta el bajo índice de desarrollo humano. Se requiere de la ejecución de acciones de corresponsabilidad y educación para la salud.

Abstract
San Andres Paxtlan is a municipality in the district of Miahuatlán, Oaxaca; it is located at the South mountain range of Oaxaca. An exploratory action research study was conducted, with the purposes of determining socio-environmental risks and implementing strategies for health education. In order to achieve such purpose, the next procedure was to encourage the participation of the members of the communities from Cerro Santiago, San Pedro Loma Larga, Carrizales, and La Concepción. In order to describe socio-environmental risks, photographs were taken. The community representatives were interviewed and community intervention was conducted.
The social-environmental context allows seeing the socio-economical, educational and sanitarian needs, as well as a need for health services, in which the low rate of human development is highlighted. Therefore, the implementation of actionsabout co-responsibility and health education are required.
