Abstract
The professional competences integrate abilities, skills, knowledge and attitudes that successfully allow to develop an integrated joint of functions and tasks according to development criteria considered ideal in the labor environment, these are outlined as the model prototype of education from Justice procurement institutions, in order to implement the model in these institutions, a curricular design methodology is required, in which the fundamental interest lays in providing a very suggestive glare to reach a nuclear aspect of the professionalism: the identification, selection, characterization and organization of the learning; that is, the relative decisions to what is needed to learn, thus teaching. In this sense, the design of the study plan looks like a construction process in which it advances and retreats, which implies the continuous redesign.
Key words: Professional competences, curricular design, methodology, study plan.
