This research shows us the local panorama that the entrepreneurs of Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo, Mexico, experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic. We know that they were turbulent times full of uncertainty. Furthermore, for many businesses the pandemic meant a total closure of their establishments, however, to the extent possible, some moved to the virtual and with the help of the internet and social networks they managed to keep their companies afloat and, in some cases, sales even increased. As we will see with three local companies: Pintoresco, Liverpulga and MakeUp Real, whose owners, Pachuqueña and entrepreneurial women, shared their digital marketing experiences with us.
