Abstract

This essay, winner of second place in the USLAP 2023 Interinstitutional Philosophical Essay Contest, analyzes the film The Truman Show (1998) to reflect on everyday life and what we consider reality, how we construct ourselves as people who inhabit that reality and how we can and should get out of it and discover the truth to live a full life.
