OMEP: similarities and consequences of the relationship between the World Assembly of Cuba 2005 and the World Assembly of Mexico 2007

This research is about the World Organization for Preschool Education (OMEP), its emergence and the role played by Mexico in relation to Cuba; In addition, there is talk of the Mundia Assembly carried out in Cuba in 2005 where the OMEP suggests all countries that are part of it, based on the Cuban education system and implement it without losing sight of the context of each country; Based on this, a comparison of Mexican education is made regarding Cuban, to analyze whether Mexico is in progress in the field of pre-school education, since in 2007 the World Assembly will be held in this country; In addition, some proposals from the points that these assemblies could address.
