Teaching-Learning The Braille System In The State of Hidalgo

Through research, the main elements involved in the Braille System are identified and at the same time it is determined what it consists of.
According to the follow-up of the qualitative method that was used, it was possible to know the reason why people choose to study the Braille System, this being an optimal learning system for people who present visual weakness or blindness and who under these conditions they further develop the sense of touch.
The place where this study was carried out is in the Braille area that is located in the State Library, it was observed how the classes are taught, what the students are like, what material they use and the way in which learning benefits them and master said system.
