Case study applied to a financial agency in chiclayo on the leadership characteristics of millennial managers in 2021

In Latin America, in the last five years, millennials have occupied 40% of management positions in their organizations. Therefore, a study was conducted in a financial agency to analyze the leadership of millennial managers under the subcategories "task orientation" and "people orientation", following Sanchez Manchola's theory. The study is qualitative, applied, descriptive level and was designed as a case study. Therefore, the technique used was the interview and the instrument used was the interview guide; it was applied to 12 employees of a bank agency in the Real Plaza shopping center in Chiclayo between March 2021 and July 2022. The findings show several approaches to leadership in the managers of the millennial generation.
