The study presents the results of a research on human resource management from a humanistic perspective in microenterprises. This document highlights that employees are the core of business success, highlighting that the company is not forged, but rather the people who in turn constitute work teams and the company itself are built. To develop this article methodologically, a qualitative and quantitative data collection instrument was used to obtain a comprehensive view of the needs and perceptions of employees. The results show the strategies to generate an effective organizational culture and its impact on business success, supported by theories of anthropology and human biology on the importance of employee happiness and well-being.
