Abstract

The eternal search for happiness has permeated human existence in all its areas. This stratagem has become a guideline for how we should behave in society and what is "right and wrong" in our own culture. Likewise, the search for happiness has become a meritocratic conception, in which everyone gets what they deserve, without taking into account the economic, social or personal situations of each one.
