Resumen.
El emprendimiento es un fenómeno complejo que relaciona en sí mismo: financiamiento, perfil del emprendedor, estudio de las oportunidades, desarrollo de nuevos negocios y seguimiento de su desarrollo. El estudio se enfoca en la importancia del emprendimiento social, su constructo, características y tópicos para investigaciones futuras. La herramienta fundamental de conducción de este fenómeno es la incubadora de negocio, cuyo objetivo es promover la creación de empresas en su entorno. El objeto de estudio en este trabajo es analizar conceptualmente el emprendimiento y mostrarlas características que ha presentado en México.
Abstract.
Entrepreneurship is a complex phenomenon that concerns itself: financing the entrepreneurial profile, study opportunities, new business development and monitoring of development. The study focuses on the importance of social entrepreneurship, its structure, features and topics for future research. The fundamental tool driving this phenomenon is the business incubator, which aims to promote entrepreneurship in their environment. This article describes the object of study in this paper isto analyze entrepreneurship and incubation process conceptually and display the characteristics shown in Mexico.
