Introduction
The research refers to the perception of the Communication Sciences career at La Salle Pachuca University.
It shows the theoretical framework, the methodology, the execution and results of the project where the students of 2nd and 8th semester of the different careers of the University were investigated to know their perception regarding the communication career. It can be anticipated that the perception is, in general, positive but it has not been recognized as it should and the reasons for this are that there is a lack of information and interest about the degree. The objective is to improve the perception of the career in order to help communication students by giving them a better reputation.
